Department of OBG is a classic department which has not less than 350-400 cases per day. Department is full-fledged with multi-talented clinicians-cum-researchers who motivated students towards learning skills and attitude which are the most important charecters to handle obstetric patients. It has a team of doctors, technical staff and allied health faculties to assist various cases posted in OP and OT. The students are well exposed to the learning atmosphere in 360 degree aspect. They learn skills from department faculties, technical knowledge from allied health staff and other administrative works like consent taking, shifting the patient, post-opereative care and discharging procedure etc., from the allied health staff.
